If you need support for an item you've purchased, follow these steps to contact the author:
Step 1: Go to the Item Page
- Navigate to the item's page on CodeSellMarket.
- Locate the Support tab in the item's menu.
Step 2: Check the Support Method
In the Support tab, you’ll find the author’s selected support method.
Depending on the author’s choice, the button will update:
Comments Section:
- If the author provides support via comments, you’ll see a "Go to Comments" button.
- Click the button to ask your question in the comments section.
(Ensure you’re logged in to post your query.)
Email Support:
- If the author provides support via email, you’ll see a "Contact Author" button.
- Click the button to open the email form, fill in your details and issue, and submit.
Third-Party Support System:
- If the author uses their own support system, the "Contact Author" button will redirect you to their platform.
Step 3: Submit Your Request
- Follow the provided support method to explain your issue or question clearly.
- Be sure to include any relevant details, like purchase code or screenshots, for faster assistance.
Important Notes:
- Authors provide support for their items according to the listed support policy.
- Support typically does not include:
- Customization services
- Server setup or troubleshooting
- Assistance with third-party plugins
