If you need support for an item you've purchased, follow these steps to contact the author:
 

Step 1: Go to the Item Page

  • Navigate to the item's page on CodeSellMarket.
  • Locate the Support tab in the item's menu.

Step 2: Check the Support Method

In the Support tab, you’ll find the author’s selected support method.
Depending on the author’s choice, the button will update:

Comments Section:

  • If the author provides support via comments, you’ll see a "Go to Comments" button.
  • Click the button to ask your question in the comments section.
    (Ensure you’re logged in to post your query.)

Email Support:

  • If the author provides support via email, you’ll see a "Contact Author" button.
  • Click the button to open the email form, fill in your details and issue, and submit.

Third-Party Support System:

  • If the author uses their own support system, the "Contact Author" button will redirect you to their platform.

Step 3: Submit Your Request

  • Follow the provided support method to explain your issue or question clearly.
  • Be sure to include any relevant details, like purchase code or screenshots, for faster assistance.

Important Notes:

  • Authors provide support for their items according to the listed support policy.
  • Support typically does not include:
    • Customization services
    • Server setup or troubleshooting
    • Assistance with third-party plugins
