Prior to initiating any refund request, customers are required to contact our support team via email, providing a comprehensive and detailed explanation of the issue encountered. CodeSellMarket must be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve the reported concern before any refund consideration.
Refunds are strictly processed only in instances where a verified and irreparable defect exists within the purchased product, as defined in the "Definition and Terms" section below. Refund requests must be submitted within five (5) days from the date of purchase. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Refunds shall not be granted under the following (but not limited to) circumstances:
Approved refunds will be credited exclusively to the customer’s CodeSellMarket wallet and cannot, under any circumstances, be refunded directly to a bank account or payment method.
The credited refund amount must be utilized for future purchases within the CodeSellMarket platform. If a customer wishes to withdraw the credited funds, they must adhere to CodeSellMarket’s designated withdrawal system and applicable withdrawal policies.
Refunds are processed on a per-purchase basis. Customers who purchase multiple copies of the same product will not be eligible for multiple refunds unless a verified issue affects all instances.
Customers are expected to first contact CodeSellMarket’s support team to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized disputes may result in account suspension and loss of access to purchased products.
If a chargeback is filed, CodeSellMarket reserves the right to investigate the case thoroughly. Customers found to be in violation of our refund policy may have their accounts permanently restricted from making further purchases.
If a product is removed from CodeSellMarket due to policy violations, copyright issues, or external factors, customers will not be eligible for a refund unless they have encountered an irreparable defect before the removal.
Purchasing a product does not entitle the buyer to future updates or direct support from the author unless explicitly stated in the product listing. CodeSellMarket is not responsible for providing updates for discontinued or unsupported products.
Due to the nature of our business, which involves the sale of digital software and source codes, all purchases are deemed final. Customers receive immediate access to their purchased products upon successful payment, eliminating the possibility of cancellations at any stage. CodeSellMarket does not facilitate returns, reversals, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.
Funds deposited into the CodeSellMarket wallet are strictly non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn directly to a bank account or payment method. Deposited funds may only be used for transactions within the CodeSellMarket marketplace.

Customers are expected to possess a fundamental understanding of software development and source code modification before purchasing any product from our marketplace. Inability to edit, customize, or integrate a purchased product into a specific environment does not constitute a defect or failure of the product. Therefore, refund requests citing an inability to configure or modify the product will be declined.
Upon completion of a purchase, customers receive the full source code of the product, and all responsibilities concerning installation, configuration, and further development fall solely upon the buyer. CodeSellMarket’s support services do not extend to installation, customization, or hands-on assistance with setup.
